Placing an Order

The Website features Products that have been carefully selected for sale however all products are subject to availability from our stores. Once a Product has sold out it will be taken off the Website at the earliest opportunity. There may be occasions due to circumstances beyond Shisha Advisors’ control, where the Product is not available. If a Product you have ordered goes out of stock before we confirm acceptance of your order, then Shisha Advisors shall not be liable to you for being unable to provide that Product.

Acceptance will be deemed to have occurred at the sending of this communication, regardless of technical problems you may experience, where the reasons are outside Shisha Advisors control, which may result in you having not received that email in a timely manner.

Pricing Policy

Product prices are set at the beginning of each season, using existing currency exchange rates. These prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period.

Passing of property and risk
Shisha Advisors retains legal ownership of the Product(s) until full payment has been made and such payment has been received. Legal ownership of the Product(s) will immediately revert to Shisha Advisors, if payment is refunded to you.

Risk on the Product(s) will pass to you upon delivery.
