Shisha is available in a variety of fruit and candy flavors, and it is often smoked in group settings and at commercial establishments such as Shisha bars. Shishas are coming from Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, Europe, and China. The Charcoal is being made in Holland, Japan, China, Belgium, England, U.S., Syria, Jordan and Egypt. The health effects of Shisha are still not truly known, except for the now commonly agreed statement that Shishas are bad for you. It is smoking after all!
